Whoever goes to El Tío Pablo has to know where he's going, for the location, although impressive and beautiful, is detached from what some of us call civilization. If you need to buy groceries you have to drive to Arenas, which is located 30 minutes away from Tresviso, along a winding road which not any car can endure (mine had trouble with some parts of the road, and overheated). Once there you are in paradise and the apartments make it up to you for any inconvenience you may have had. The apartment is very well organised, clean. The owner was very kind and didn't mind our dog, which made us at home from the very start. She was lovely because she gave us another apartment with a better view from which you could see the whole village and the mountains.
Try not to take too many perishable goods as the fridge is not very big.

The apartment was fantastic and provided us with tremendous views each morning. The village of Tresviso is very peaceful, picturesque and friendly. The bar/restaurant in the village is good and although there is not a shop, bread is delivered daily and there are different food delivery vans most days. Walking/hiking trails are plentiful and range from relatively easy to extremely strenuous. Flora and fauna were exceptional. We were sorry to leave and will not hesitate to return as soon as possible!

Well-equipped apartment, comfortable double bed, and nice shower room. Kitchen is great for cooking. Amazing views in a beautiful village with a good bar/restaurant nearby. A bit of a drive from the national park, but a lovely scenic route.

We had a very comfortable experience at this venue and would stay here again, given its beautiful mountainous location, the friendly owner's helpful tips, and the presence of a bathtub.

The decoration of the hotel was charming and had a traditional rural feel, which I really liked. The general areas were cozy and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like me to feel comfortable and at home. The hotel was also easily accessible, with no stairs or steep slopes to navigate, making it a great choice for senior guests.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior people. Perhaps some extra support or services specifically designed for older guests would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of staying in a cozy apartment with stunning mountain views. It was so quiet and tranquil in the area, perfect if you don't mind driving 25kl for groceries. The staff and their dog were lovely.
Who needs a convenient shop nearby? It's so much fun driving on windy roads for an hour just to grab some milk.

The drive up to the mountain village was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. the village itself was incredibly peaceful and quiet, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. the apartment was cozy and had a rustic charm, with comfortable bedrooms and a homely feel. the hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. And the best part? the views from the kitchen window were like something out of a painting, truly mesmerizing.
Although the apartment was lovely, there were a few minor inconveniences. the kitchen could have been a little more well-equipped, with a few appliances not functioning properly.

stayed at this charming mountain village, apartment exceeded expectations with its rustic yet modern feel and breathtaking view from the kitchen window. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the sense of being at home, away from the typical hotel room. The village itself was like a time capsule. Highly recommended.

Stayed in a rustic apartment in the beautiful Picos de Europa. Loved the wooden floors and modern furniture. Perfect for mountaineers, but be prepared to do your own dishes and laundry.
Who needs peace and tranquility when you can have noisy neighbors and a tiny shower?
